The digitization and preservation of the handwriting of Joaquín Mojica, my grandfather, accompanied by a brief selection of his stories, constitute a tribute to the only tangible thing that unites me to him: his handwriting and his poetry. I was never able to meet him in person; my knowledge of him is based on reading his experiences captured in his notebooks as a lyric, his handwriting, and the stories shared by my father.

La digitalización y preservación de la caligrafía de Joaquín Mojica, mi abuelo, acompañadas de una breve selección de sus relatos, constituyen un tributo al único puente tangible que me une a él: su caligrafía y su poesía. Nunca pude conocerlo en persona; mi conocimiento sobre él se basa en la lectura de sus experiencias plasmadas en sus cuadernos a modo de lírica, su letra, y las historias compartidas por mi padre.
